By booking, purchasing, accessing, or participating in any experience provided by Smart Escape (“Smart Escape,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking time unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.
Late cancellations, missed bookings, or no-shows may not be eligible for a refund.
Any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Arrival Policy
Guests are expected to arrive at least 10 to 15 minutes before their scheduled booking time.
Late arrival may reduce game time, affect the quality of the experience, or result in cancellation without refund, depending on scheduling and operational constraints.
Participation Rules
All participants must follow staff instructions at all times.
Participants may not:
– use excessive force on props, locks, furniture, or equipment
– bring unauthorized tools or devices into the experience
– tamper with, damage, or bypass game systems
– behave in a disruptive, unsafe, abusive, or unlawful manner

Participation is at your own risk.
By participating, you confirm that you are physically and mentally able to take part in the activity and that you will follow staff instructions in the event of an emergency or safety concern.
Waiver Requirement
All participants may be required to complete and sign a waiver before participating.
A parent or legal guardian must sign on behalf of any minor participant where required.
Failure to complete required documentation may result in denial of participation without refund.
Minors
Minor participants must comply with all rules and may be subject to age-related restrictions depending on the room, experience, or booking type.
Smart Escape reserves the right to require adult supervision for minors.
Photography and Media
We may take photos or videos before, during, or after an experience for operational, promotional, or social media purposes, where permitted by law.
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform our staff before the experience begins.
SMS Terms
By providing your phone number and checking the consent box during booking, you agree to receive SMS messages from Smart Escape related to your reservation, including booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and post-visit follow-up messages.
